In this session, they will discuss the new dashboard solution BMC Helix Dashboards launched as part of 20.08 SaaS release. While initial release included ability to report on BMC Helix Operations Management solution, subsequent BMC Helix Dashboards release included support for various BMC Helix Service Management solutions including ITSM, Digital Workplace (DWP), Business Workflow (BWF) and Custom AR or Innovation Suite Application.

They will discuss salient features of BMC Helix Dashboards including out-of-the-box sample content, various visualization options, report scheduling, different modes of querying and cross-ITSM or even cross service and operations management dashboarding. BMC Helix Dashboards is based on open source Grafana and offers customers option to connect with multiple data sources.
